This past weekend was the first time I have ever played Keno. I did a pick 20 since I had no idea what I was doing and that is what my buddies said to do. Well, the numbers started popping up and of course I didn’t win a darn thing. Did you win anything the first time you played?

Keno fans have benefited from the same exciting trend that has seen more and more gamblers go online to play all their favorite games such as blackjack, slots, keno, and poker—and all without leaving the comfort of their home. Online gambling sites began to grow in number and popularity in the early 2000s and their growth has been steady ever since, especially with a global economic recession that has left many would-be gamblers unable to take a trip to Las Vegas or Atlantic City as they might have done in the past.

The first online gambling sites largely specialized in casino games like slots, blackjack, craps, roulette, and poker (including many of the top poker sites found here: http://www.pokerjunkie.com/poker-sites.php) but the new generation of sites offer a wide range of gambling options, including bingo and keno as well as hundreds of other gambling games to enjoy. Players have the option to compete for play chips or try their luck with real money just as they would at a brick-and-mortar casino, with a variety of options available as far as funding your account.

Finding a site couldn’t be easier, as you can get advice at a keno forum or a general gambling and poker news site like PokerJunkie as far as what site might be the best fit for you. Most sites offer a similar lineup of games but keno fans should be sure to shop around for the best fit before signing up as not every online gambling site goes out of their way to cater to keno fans. Setting up your account is always free and you’ll be able to take advantage of various bonuses and incentives when setting up and depositing into your account.

One of the most popular bonuses is a new player signup bonus, which can double or even triple the money you initially deposit. Make sure you check the fine print when accepting any bonus as you typically have to wager a certain amount of money on select games before being able to cash out the free money but in nearly every case playing keno will count towards clearing your bonus.

Most regular Keno players advocate to pick your numbers wisely. By that they mean that you should pay attention to previous drawings, making records and only then picking numbers. It is common to see in offline casinos, that people are writing numbers after each drawing into their notepads. By that they are trying to predict numbers in future drawings.

Other popular strategy is to bet on the same numbers over and over again. Some players think that if you will bet on the same numbers all the time, those numbers will inevitable become winners at some point.

Third popular strategy would be to bet on birthday date. We all have probably heard about incredible stories where people have won jackpots by betting on their own and their family birthday dates.

There is no right or wrong way to play Keno and it’s very similar to how you would pick your lotto numbers. The only real difference is there are more balls and more numbers that you have to choose. The odds are horrible that you would even hit all 20 numbers. I think I read somewhere that it was like 3.5 quintillion to one!

Hi all,
I really excited to have joined this forum and to converse with you all! We all have something in common, our love for not just money/gambling..but for the game of Keno too!
I LOVE this game. Even though i have not won more than $60. And lost hundreds and hundreds this past few months alone!
A little justice would be nice, this game owes us all alot!
So i thought since i just signed up here, it would be a good first post to share a few things i have noticed in keno.
Although maybe not one individual piece of advice can help to win, but exchanging what we know together can surely bring us closer!

What I have noticed is, and have been working on is relationship of numbers and the physical patterns they make on the board.
I download real results, run state wide, from my local venue and test and compare hundreds and hundreds of games.
I have found 70% of the time, when the number 24,33 and drawn together, number 73 or 79 ALSO comes up with this combination.
I have found that if 24 is drawn on its own, number 41 comes up most of the time as well. I compared the physical patterns of about 100 games that all had number 33 and 24 come up together, and the boards all looked remarkably similar in pattern structure! It was a shock to be honest. I have attached a sample of this phenominon. I got the results from playkeno.com.au which also shows u animated results from any day, and looks like a real keno screen (An australian one anyway!). You can also download as many results as you want into excel spreadsheets etc etc.

Are the any differences you are aware of between Australian and U.S. Keno?

Ive gotta go right now,ill post back soon.
Thanks,
-KenoLoser (thats me haha)
